Product Details

What a coincidence that in the early 1800s, two nations were racing across the oceans to claim the uncharted land of Australia. Frenchman Nicholas Baudin captained ‘Le Geographe’ and at the same time, Matthew Flinders, an Englishman, captained ‘The Investigator’. When Eastern bound Flinders met Western bound Baudin off the coast of the Barossa, they named the meeting point Encounter Bay. Perhaps not coincidentally this GSM was sourced from South Australia.

This Pinot Noir from the Adelaide Hills is spicy & aromatic. This fruit driven wine is ripe with lucious strawberries, delicate, textured and balanced.

Enjoy with grilled duck breast or roasted marinated mushrooms.
