It is an extremely versatile sweet vermouth that can be served either as an aperitif or as a cocktail ingredient, but should always be well chilled.CIN CIN - It’s italian for cheers.Ingredients:60mL Cinzano Bianco, 1 long cucumber slice, 1 lemon wedge. Top with ginger ale.Directions:1. Build in a highball filled with ice, garnish with the cucumber slice2. A couple of important tips which help make this drink amazing.3. Use a large highball glass (approx. 350ml).4. Fill the glass with ice to the top.5. Cut the cucumber slices longer than the glass and not too thinly – so it stands up.6 Cut nice big wedges of lemon and squeeze the lemon wedge in well. Give it a good stir.
