Sandro Mosele of Kooyong Estate on the Mornington Peninsula is responsible for producing this little gem, which instantaneously lit up our faces from the aromatics alone. This single vineyard wine is an example of the great conditions of 2013. Hand-picked fruit was minimally handled and allowed to ferment naturally in new and old French Oak for around ten months. Great purity of flavour is found in the crisp stone fruit, grapefruit and floral notes, with weight and texture added from the quality oak. Overall this is one smart package that's bound to lure you in - and keep you coming back for more.
