This is a faultless rendition of a Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blend with equal and elegant contributions from both parties.'A 58/42% blend machine harvested at night; most cold-fermented in stainless steel, with 7% of the blend fermented in new and used French barriques; both components given 4 months lees contact.
