Parson's Paddock

The very first vine was planted over 150 years ago demonstrating Parson’s Paddock rich and notable history. Parson’s Paddock is located inland, close to Lake Alexandrina, in the hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula. Situated in South Australia, Langhorne Creek has long been regarded as one of Australia’s best red wine producing regions.

Produced in one of South Australia’s best Cabernet Sauvignons regions, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon has a sweet taste of chocolate and dark cherries with a richly flavoured palate of spicy ripe plum. Finishing off with soft tannins and excellent length this wine showcases its premium grapes. The notable 2017 Shiraz has lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plums, with a rich full flavoured palate of forest fruits and vanilla also finishing with soft tannins and excellent length.
