Beer, champagne or a bottle of red are the perfect match for laidback backyard barbecues this season.

We recommend collecting a few bottles of 3 Pub Circus Kolsch and some Pol Roger Brut NV Champagne for starters, and when it’s time to eat, sip on a glass of red from the Barossa Valley like Earthworks Shiraz, Torbreck Woodcutters Shiraz and Glaetzer Bishop Shiraz. These shirazes pair beautifully with barbecued meats like classic beef burgers, sausages or a tender piece of steak with a side of greens.
