Recipe: Smoked Salmon Bagel

Start your Christmas morning the right way with fresh smoked salmon bagels matched with a beautiful Rosé Champagne.

Moutard Rosé Champagne is the perfect accompaniment to a summer Champagne breakfast and smoked salmon dishes. The flavours complement each other magnificently; just take our word for it.

You'll need: 

  • 6 bagels
  • 6 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 250g tub cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 100g capers
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 red radishes
  • 6 baby cucumbers
  • Salt and black pepper

Makes 6 bagels.

Step 1. Place cream cheese, chopped chives and capers in a bowl and set aside
Step 2. Finely dice red onion, dill and baby cucumbers and add to bowl
Step 3. Mix thoroughly
Step 4. Spread a thick dollop of cream cheese mix on bagel
Step 5. Top with smoked salmon
Step 6. Add cucumber, chives, red radish and capers
Step 7. Garnish with dill
Step 8. Season with lemon, salt and pepper to taste (optional)
