Homemade prawn rolls with an Asian flair make for a light and tasty meal by the sea this summer.

You’ll need:

  • 48 cooked prawns (8 per roll)
  • 6 soft long bread rolls
  • 3 spring onions chopped
  • ¼ red and white cabbage coarsely shredded
  • 3 chillies chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Step 1. Warm rolls and cut through the center.

Step 2. Spread mayonnaise generously.

Step 3. Fill with cabbage.

Step 4. Add 8 cooked prawns.

Step 5. Garnish with chilli and spring onion to taste.

Step 6. Add a little extra mayonnaise to finish.
