Needless to say, it certainly is. Based on techniques observed at Champagne Bollinger, this superbly complex, rich, nutty, biscuity wine must rank among Australia's best and is world class. Extended yeast lees ageing in bottle has added a depth and subtlety that I find breathtakingly delicious.
